Before You Submit a Return Request

Use the form on this page to request return authorization from Total Light. Please do not ship an item back until your request has been reviewed and you have received an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return Request Checklist

• The return must be requested within 30 days from receipt of goods.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Installed items are not eligible for return.
• Original packaging, instructions, included parts, and accessories should be retained.
• Have your order receipt or other proof of purchase available.
• If the item arrived damaged, document the damage with photos.

Return shipping and restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the item. See the full Return Policy for eligibility, shipping responsibilities, restocking fees, refund processing, freight-damage requirements, and return deadlines.

If Total Light provides a return shipping label after approval, the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving that label.
